WHICH WILL BE WORTH MORE - PHYSICAL OR VIRTUAL REAL ESTATE?

In all our youth clubs on the left hand side, our number 1 focus is how can youth co-create a virtual property that multiplies trust round the practice focus being actioned and learnt. Why? see right hand column

The Adam Smith Laureates for Youth Economists - helpScottish alumni of Smith and Yunus improve on these candidates by year of birth and by mother tongue

New year 2010 - What 12 Year Old Americans are most economical at searching for

Prooftesting how and why wholeplanet's netgeneration - if we are to be sustainable- will value virtual properties 10 times more than physical ones isn't just the most important issue in the 2010s. Whats important for equality of every child born into 21st C is: celebrate helping youth to communally own such collaboration properties that death-of-distance brings to our borderless human race. Urgency evolves round two opportunity  reasonings:

because knowhow multiplies value in use , those virtual real estates that are open to everyone who improves life critical knowhow flows will prove their purpose by being at least 51% owned by worldwide youth (and future generation's sustainability)

because designing such a model only gives away one doubling of wealth, and because the moores law of the most connected virtual real estates doubles reach annually or less- it makes sense to any pro-youth investor to bank round 51% assets owned in trust for youth's most human collaboration goals

We also seek to prevent the greatest threat reason to be learnt from the 20th c. Wherever bankers worked to make physical property the most expensive of moore laws, they ultimately destroyed that nation's next generation's growth or caused wars. This is why youth world banking will never invest in physical property as a way of making money- and national feds and currencies with a future will end their connection with over-expensive physical property assets as their number 1 youth economic priority

x

I lobbed the post below into the lions den that is linken in CC leaders group. If we all cant find a way to word of mouth African American Diaspora Capitalism in and up to San Diego then it will be a pity at least as far as linking in Tebabu's work as a value chain revolution out of DC to Africa.

Tebabu assefa | The White House

www.whitehouse.gov/champions/...diaspora.../tebabu-assefa
White House
Tebabu's longtime passion in cultural promotion, work in media to promote African ...international market linkages for higher-value and profit-sharing with farmers and ... To showcase the model, Tebabu founded Blessed Coffee (BC), a social .

I do wish King would go ahead and recruit black membership to CCDC as a priority. By showing to students how strongly African American students are converging on atlanta we can stimulate collaborative competition across other cultural groups. In my review of the us education systems its curriculum of cross-cultural knowhow are terminally weak - and need total reform while Obama has undercover influence in the white house. Much to announce on the hispanic liberation movement soon particularly as our womens empowerment leader is meeting Carlos Slim as I write this. And because I got on surprisngly well earlier this week with a Texan who came to DC 22 years ago to advise the elder Bush on future of youth. Apparently in those days youth's open tech dreams hadnt yer divided political parties in this peculiar continent. To be worldwide youth or not to be- so to speak

Furthermore - is it me or is there a strange lack of Africans among young professional associates at the world bank - anyhow I am up for researching this because ultimately Jim Kim can search out who's who of #2030 now with ease across asia but the wpold bank has a lot more trust to regain if it is ever to help youth Africa

MAIL POSTED TO CC LEADERS LINKED IN GROUP -say if it needs co-editing and posting elsewhere (eg student associations)

Yesterday I received a 7 actions mail from http://wholeplanetfoundation.org as Whole Foods annual commitment to  #2030now by uniting microcredit networkers and customers and associates reaches its peak. It happens that I am linked to a lot of microcredit research going on by culture and Diaspora leaders of capitalism hence the general question

Specific interests with timelines include:

Hispanic - San Diego April 8 (day before your conference) there is a deep gathering of hispanic connecting microcredit students. Microcreditsummit's leader is in town as this also serves as a rehearsal for the world microcreditsummit being convened out of Mexico this year. I have the impression in my local whole food branches that hispanic networking is particularly empowered by the associates in my region but I havent yet found many hispanic CC connectors locally

Conversely in DC African American diaspora groups energise CC more than any other cultural group. This happens to very useful as Dr Yunus main youth entrepreneur networks in the USA are linked in around HBUC- and he his calling for black student networks not to miss the extraordinary connections he has been making between this years Nobel Laureate summit celebrating Mandela out of Cape Town and next years out of Atlanta http://youthcreativelab.blogspot.com where leading local hosts include Luther King's family and Rosa Park's lawyer. Atlanta is also opening an extraordinary Rights museum this year - so the next 21 months are the most extraordinary opportunities for black youth capitalism to change America.

3 biggest societal valuation questions to raise before US colege year 013-014 ends?

mapping back what netgen social movement leaders such as jim kim, ted turner, jimmy carter, muhammad yunus, open society george soros, sir fazle abed, adam smith alumni et al want to empower students of 2015-2016 to be celebrating by doing my suggestions for 3 big questions would be
how to form a new student union club- that's microbanking and open tech/edu everything? - i've seen yunus raise this at 50 meetings of 1000 students for 7 years now- and not one university has stepped up in a way that other universities could replicate- from circulating 2000 copies of yunus book I feel that none of yunus main agents in usa have wholly helped with this so its quite a conflicted super-social mediation challenge to fill
2 how do we start up an open student survey of valuing universities and allied job-creating labs- publication of such a survey has been promised as obama's last contribution to education but chances are student and open education voices will get left out unless we raise this now
is this the time to remedy cross-cultural divides-  what gandhi and mandela communally knew how to remediate/contextually ground isnt available anywhere for usa students to access as a worldwide regenerating movement- a partnership between south africa, india and bangladesh can form to rectify this from the perspective of many East-South youth diaspora- a core reconciliation question is back in 1984 those who led higher education in usa banned facilitation approaches that could have made this joyful for us net generation youth to explore - so 30 years on are we really likely to find any state education system that wants to bring such deep cultural reconciliation back as a student literacy? My guess is no state and no congress will lead this but chinese students studying in usa would happily help-has anyone else picked up on that chinese youth dream? The other way to look at this is to make cross-cultural a pre-adolescent literacy but a meeting this week at brookings co-chaired by deputy secretary of education james shelton shows research that teachers appetite for such a change is less than ever in usa probably because trying to over-examine cross-cultural action learning confidence defeats the point -at least as far as my 9-17 year old daughters experience has played out

- 3/21/22 HAPPY 50th Birthday TO WORLD'S MOST SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY- ASIAN WOMEN SUPERVILLAGE

Since gaining my MA statistics Cambridge DAMTP 1973 (Corpus Christi College) my special sibject has been community building networks- these are the 6 most exciting collaboration opportunities my life has been privileged to map - the first two evolved as grassroots person to person networks before 1996 in tropical Asian places where village women had no access to electricity grids nor phones- then came mobile and solar entrepreneurial revolutions!!

IF we 8 billion earthlings of the 2020s are to celebrate collaboration escapes from extinction, the knowhow of the billion asian poorest women networks will be invaluable -

in mathematically connected ways so will the stories of diaspora scots and the greatest mathematicians ever home schooled -central european jewish teens who emigrated eg Neumann , Einstein ... to USA 2nd quarter of the 20th century; it is on such diversity that entrepreneurial revolution diaries have been shaped

EconomistPOOR.com : Dad was born in the USSR in 1923 - his dad served in British Embassies. Dad's curiosity enjoyed the opposite of a standard examined education. From 11+ Norman observed results of domination of humans by mad white men - Stalin from being in British Embassy in Moscow to 1936; Hitler in Embassy of last Adriatic port used by Jews to escape Hitler. Then dad spent his last days as a teen in allied bomber command navigating airplanes stationed at modernday Myanmar. Surviving thanks to the Americas dad was in Keynes last class where he was taught that only a handful of system designers control what futures are possible. EconomistScotland.com AbedMooc.com

To help mediate such, question every world eventwith optimistic rationalism, my father's 2000 articles at The Economist interpret all sorts of future spins. After his 15th year he was permitted one signed survey a year. In the mid 1950s he had met John Von Neumann whom he become biographer to , and was the only journalist at Messina's's birth of EU. == If you only have time for one download this one page tour of COLLABorations composed by Fazle Abed and networked by billion poorest village women offers clues to sustainability from the ground up like no white ruler has ever felt or morally audited. by London Scot James Wilson. Could Queen Victoria change empire fro slavemaking to commonwealth? Some say Victoria liked the challenge James set her, others that she gave him a poison pill assignment. Thus James arrived in Calcutta 1860 with the Queens permission to charter a bank by and for Indian people. Within 9 months he died of diarrhea. 75 years later Calcutta was where the Young Fazle Abed grew up - his family accounted for some of the biggest traders. Only to be partitioned back at age 11 to his family's home region in the far north east of what had been British Raj India but was now to be ruled by Pakistan for 25 years. Age 18 Abed made the trek to Glasgow University to study naval engineering.

1943 marked centenary autobio of The Economist and my teenage dad Norman prepping to be navigator allied bomber command Burma Campaign -thanks to US dad survived, finished in last class of Keynes. before starting 5 decades at The Economist; after 15 years he was allowed to sign one survey a year starting in 1962 with the scoop that Japan (Korea S, Taiwan soon hk singapore) had found development mp0de;s for all Asian to rise. Rural Keynes could end village poverty & starvation; supercity win-win trades could celebrate Neumanns gift of 100 times more tech per decade (see macrae bio of von neumann)

Since 1960 the legacy of von neumann means ever decade multiplies 100 times more micro-technology- an unprecedented time for better or worse of all earthdwellers; 2025 timelined and mapped innovation exponentials - education, health, go green etc - (opportunities threats) to celebrating sustainability generation by 2025; dad parted from earth 2010; since then 2 journals by adam smith scholars out of Glasgow where engines began in 1760- Social Business; New Economics have invited academic worlds and young graduates to question where the human race is going - after 30 business trips to wealthier parts of Asia, through 2010s I have mainly sherpa's young journalist to Bangladesh - we are filing 50 years of cases on women empowerment at these web sites AbedMOOC.com FazleAbed.com EconomistPoor.com EconomistUN.com WorldRecordjobs.com Economistwomen.com Economistyouth.com EconomistDiary.com UNsummitfuture.com - in my view how a billion asian women linked together to end extreme poverty across continental asia is the greatest and happiest miracle anyone can take notes on - please note the rest of this column does not reflect my current maps of how or where the younger half of the world need to linkin to be the first sdg generation......its more like an old scrap book

how do humans design futures?-in the 2020s decade of the sdgs – this question has never had more urgency. to be or not to be/ – ref to lessons of deming or keynes, or glasgow university alumni smith and 200 years of hi-trust economics mapmaking later fazle abed - we now know how-a man made system is defined by one goal uniting generations- a system multiplies connected peoples work and demands either accelerating progress to its goal or collapsing - sir fazle abed died dec 2020 - so who are his most active scholars climate adaptability where cop26 november will be a great chance to renuite with 260 years of adam smith and james watts purposes t end poverty-specifically we interpret sdg 1 as meaning next girl or boy born has fair chance at free happy an productive life as we seek to make any community a child is born into a thriving space to grow up between discover of new worlds in 1500 and 1945 systems got worse and worse on the goal eg processes like slavery emerged- and ultimately the world was designed around a handful of big empires and often only the most powerful men in those empires. 4 amazing human-tech systems were invented to start massive use by 1960 borlaug agriculture and related solutions every poorest village (2/3people still had no access to electricity) could action learn person to person- deming engineering whose goal was zero defects by helping workers humanize machines- this could even allowed thousands of small suppliers to be best at one part in machines assembled from all those parts) – although americans invented these solution asia most needed them and joyfully became world class at them- up to 2 billion people were helped to end poverty through sharing this knowhow- unlike consuming up things actionable knowhow multiplies value in use when it links through every community that needs it the other two technologies space and media and satellite telecoms, and digital analytic power looked promising- by 1965 alumni of moore promised to multiply 100 fold efficiency of these core tech each decade to 2030- that would be a trillion tmes moore than was needed to land on the moon in 1960s. you might think this tech could improve race to end poverty- and initially it did but by 1990 it was designed around the long term goal of making 10 men richer than 40% poorest- these men also got involved in complex vested interests so that the vast majority of politicians in brussels and dc backed the big get bigger - often they used fake media to hide what they were doing to climate and other stuff that a world trebling in population size d\ - we the 3 generations children parents grandparents have until 2030 to design new system orbits gravitated around goal 1 and navigating the un's other 17 goals do you want to help/ 8 cities we spend most time helping students exchange sustainability solutions 2018-2019 BR0 Beijing Hangzhou:
