Help resolve problem - 20th C Organisational Typologies don’t value peoples’ futures

Once you accept the possibility that none of the biggest types of gov, corporation, charity, profession, media, university etc value peoples' life critical needs relentlessly enough to serve them through time and across generations- here is a possible solution we can all join in doing now.

 

More optimistically, we can make 2010s the most exciting decade by helping each other solve every crisis in the world today that is root caused by the late 20th Century's system degradation crisis

 

- list what you do and don’t like about each organisational typology and demand that they partner over their best system connecting design components not their worst

 

My dad first wrote about things he didn’t like about big government in The Economist in the early 1960s. As a teenager he had to go to world war that governments'

power-craziest leaders had initiated, and as his dad had been a consul in stalin's moscow and parts of hitler's extended europe- dad knew why he had a trust problem with many who use government to power over people

While loving James Wilson's editorial ideology that every child needs services guaranteed by society until child grows up and is able to be a productive being - dad didn’t like voting in a mass media age between 2 short-term rival groups Services children need depend on longer-time horizons than politicians' votes as well as keeping the commons healthily out of vested interests lobbying.  Worse in time of huge technological change, the lack of experimentation caused by a nation only having one bipolar choice is the least entrepreneurial (context innovating) system you could possibly design; worse many western governments doubled their budgets after world war 2 with markets that are extremely hostile to peoples' long term needs such as arms and nuclear and over-carbonisation

 

More technically dad didn’t like all the increasing 20th C fixes of how governments printed paper currency , and the non-transparency that introduced between all of a governments professional advisers. This crisis starts with economists which Keynes had mentored dad on having the Hippocratic responsibility to do no harm as increasingly only economics rules the earth (of man made systems). This was the core finding of Keynes General Systems Theory.

 

While loving the idea that a corporation needs to show that its customers value it enough to want it keep on reinvesting in continuous improvement (ie compound exponential improvement curves gravitated by unique purpose) dad didn't accept that paying ever more for advertising imagery was economical, and he utterly disagreed with anyone (especially the breed of lawyers that originate in Delaware) who claim that corporations should be governed by the least sustainable metric on earth - how could one most powerful side extract as much as possible from every other side every quarter.

 

More technically dad worried about how nations invest in inter-generational service markets freedom; having written the book london capital market in the late 1950s, dad published the Enmtreprebeurial Revoltiion trilogy in The Economist from 1976 on to forwarn of the need to innovate beyond the crisis of what happens when stockmarkets raise funds for corporations which feel no responsibility of jobs and development for the communities whose savings they fund themselves with

 

You dont have to agree with every one of dad's dislikes to play your own partnering design game - what could be the best system components of gov and corporate partnering?  

 

This leaves one other major question -who should choose the heroic goals that define how we value "best partnering"?-. Youth and parents who care most about youth and community development seems to be the most natural answer

 

All of these ideas can be found to have a best-of-type design if you can be bothered to go and explore the grassroots networking models used by Microentrepreneurial Bangladeshi networks, These have been aiming to serve the most extreme needs that children and sustainability of communities can ever pose.
