there was a tipping point in the 1960s when part 2 of the plan needed activation - by now plan 1 was in gravitational motion and we had the bonus ideas that the tech could reach the moon and that there would be 100 times moore of it each decade- so we need to map the whole of asia which is where over two thirds of people lived and at time of moon landing the majority of those people still had no access to electricity grids or other infrastructures that had been key to development during the industrial age
in terms of peoples needing priority development solutions it makes sense to map 4 areas -
the far east islands which japan was now distributing win-win trades with tyhrough estraordinary eadvaces in civil and transport engineering as well as microelectronics
south asia which can be thought of as between latitude north 30 and the equator- about 40% of humans lived there including nearly 25% in india and what was then called the 2 pakistans (from 1971 east pakistan finally became the independent nation of bangladesh)
north and central asian people were landlocked or iceblocked- their problems were the opposiite of the densely popuilated and humin south asia - huge lads lots of energy reources little capital to develop, regimes that as stalin epitomised had become very top down in the era that the horse or other aniumal was fastest way to commubicate
mainland china
-at a greater level of details - we can map south asia under latitude 30 -
as what the eng, lish em;pi9re called middle east ie west asia
what english empire called india subcontinent ie 2 paksutans and india
the rest which calls itself asean or south china
-whats importantant to note is that there was enough of inland south china to need the same priority community devleopment solution and girl empowerment as bangladesh and the rest of natiosn facing south asian coast
in fact on thre occasison in 1972, 1996 and 2018 the grartet leaps in huamn sdgs were linked in bet6ween china and eg bangaldesh
during the 1970s china accepted offers from both kissinger and japan to leap forward with modern technolgies so it worked on catchnong up with manufiactiring and engines until 1989 as well as starting to map mirror supoerports to thise japan and the islands had already founded
it was at the start of the 2g decade of tyhe 1990s whioch broufght the worlwide web ecommerce and stalelite obile that china was just as ready to innovate huge leaps in to its own needs of himan development as anywhere else- so what was desperatley needeed was the rest of the world interfaced positvely with the fall of the berlin war and the end of the age of suoerpowers- the fact that this did nit happen wasnt china's fault -frabkly itr was the eu fault as romano prodi testifcies and by this time american congress had so mismapped energy and eurasian needs that it did not evfen consuder the window of opportunity for peace across eurasia- afhganistan got worse and worse as did all sorts of parts of west asia nd so sadly their connections with north africa-
africa had always needed a north south inclusio plan just like teh americas had needed a north south inclusinve trade plan but both of these never reallys started because sadly the cold war was about usa and ussr sponsoring rival dusctatirshsip acroso small nations of the far south

if you are free to revisit completely hpw your people linkin win-win trades across whole of eurasia i suggest looking at conversations of the many hundred of chambers of commerce - while they call chambers the silk road club you could call these the united chambers of eurasia- here is a sample

This past Friday, the Chamber's leadership recognized and feted my 7 years of dedicated service to the organization and to Kenyans.
The award was presented at an elaborate event by the Chief Guest, Amb. Macharia Kamau, Kenya's Principal Secretary for Foreign Affairs. I was accompanied by my mother Hon. Zipporah Kittony, who has been a strong pillar of support all through.
As this chapter of my life comes to an end, I am grateful to all who supported me in the 7 year journey of restoring the glory of the Chamber, including KCB's CEO Joshua Oigara and Safaricom's former CEO, my friend the late Bob Collymore, and all other captains of industry who gave encouragement, treasured advice and unwavering support in the course of my tenure.
I am also grateful to the thousands of SMEs that put their trust in the Chamber, as well as government and development partners who supported our agenda of growing Kenyan businesses.
Under President Richard Ngatia, I am confident that the Chamber will move from strength to strength. I wish him all the best. hashtag

China welcomes the relaunch of the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project and is ready to work with the Malaysian side to implement the project to promote the economic and social development of the regions along the route and benefit the local people, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson said Friday.
The East Coast Rail Link project is the first artery railway built in the east coast of Peninsula Malaysia, a major project linking east and west parts of the Malaysian Peninsula and the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail.
According to reports, the relaunch ceremony of the ECRL Project was held in Malaysia's Terengganu state on Thursday. Malaysian Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook and Chinese ambassador to Malaysia Bai Tian attended the ceremony.
When asked to comment on the report, spokesperson Hua Chunying said that this case once again shows that there is nothing to fear regarding problems or challenges in the Belt and Road cooperation or any other form of cooperation with China.
"As long as the two sides have a constructive attitude and developmental perspective, and the spirit of friendly consultation and mutual understanding, they can always overcome difficulties, promote cooperation and ultimately achieve mutual benefits and win-win results," Hua said.

China pledges to further cooperation with UK as new PM said "pro-China"
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying made the remarks as Boris Johnson, who took office as the British prime minister on Wednesday, said his government would be very "pro-China" in an interview with the Hong Kong-based broadcaster Phoenix TV.
"We are very enthusiastic about the Belt and Road Initiative," Johnson said.
He also vowed to keep Britain as "the most open economy in Europe" for Chinese investments and voiced his country's welcome to Chinese students.
Saying Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to Johnson, Hua stressed the Chinese side values relations with Britain.
China is willing to make joint efforts with Britain to develop ties in the spirit of mutual respect and win-win cooperation, she said.
China stands ready to deepen mutual political trust, expand pragmatic cooperation with Britain in various fields including the Belt and Road construction, and boost people-to-people exchanges so as to achieve sustained, stable and healthy development of bilateral ties, the spokesperson added.
She also called on the two countries to join hands in safeguarding multilateralism and free trade, and combating global challenges.
Q: The new British Prime Minister Boris Johnson in an interview with Phoenix TV on July 23 said that his government would be very "pro-China" and they are very enthusiastic about the Belt and Road Initiative. He also vowed to keep Britain as "the most open economy in Europe" for Chinese investments and said the UK welcomes Chinese students. What's China's comment on Boris Johnson becoming the new British Prime Minister? How do you respond to his remarks?
A: We congratulate British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on taking office and Premier Li Keqiang has sent a congratulatory message to him. China values its relations with the UK. In the spirit of mutual respect and win-win cooperation, we stand ready to work with the UK to deepen political mutual trust, expand cultural and people-to-people exchange and practical cooperation in various fields, including under the BRI, and promote the sustained, steady and sound development of China-UK relations. The two sides should make greater efforts and contributions in jointly upholding multilateralism and free trade and addressing global challenges.
