It will soon be 15 years since I guest edited the journal of marketing management triple special issue jan to april 199 on every way media had lost touch with reality of what youth and net generation will need to be sustainable

I am starting to invite an association of media experts who want to do good- and at the very least maybe we can linkin one brand reality conference 15 years on

BRAND REALITY VALUATION

Monica has the most transformative mass media catalyst of them all

She invites superstars to give back to communities :in ways that they ensure cant be greenwashed

The need for pro-youth economics to model above zero-sum can't happen without her movement

 

0 by regenerating local celebrations especially in places otherwise which don't let all youth  see much joy on the streets

1 by becoming knowledgeable about who bottom up heroes are so that superstars can help worldwide youth twin with real heroes who spread the most good actions across communities

2 by redistributing some of the wealth of the unbalanced value chain of superstars- eg entertainment superstars can support artists peace corps - ie young artists who don't quite make it big time on tv are perfect local hosts of cross-cultural events

3 this also links in to the notimeleft.org film shown after DANONE communities 1 was hosted at grand rex

4 look at how the Olympics was the beginning of the end of busting Greece, and how Brazilians are now concerned with costs of fifa and Olympics

 

I can say what monica cant - it is sad that her father has never asked all the media experts he bumps into to collaborate around her project- and to search out other like Vivian Westwood (fashion models) searching out who wants to actively do good with their fame

 

when my father authored the first book on the sustainability of the net generation in 1984 a hypothesis was that the bbc would help a billion people reality tv program search out 30000 replicable community rising solutions- instead the bbc has been censored by politicians so that there is never the correct information for the peoples to understand ahead of time the costs of pensions, health, currencies etc -in spite of being owned by the peoples the bbc has missed every chance to get back to valuing hi-trust public service that the command and control and trivialize tv age has destroyed

we can also linking in university of stars movement to mackey's ungreenwashing movement - if what is the greatest sustainability purpose that each global sector needs to free - its all part of the same loop of ending the 2 anti-social mas media monopolies that are currently ending youth's freedoms and blocking borderless cross-cultural celebrations including peace as a bottom up facilitation process

 

all of above becomes newly interesting as open education models provide opportunity to linkin hundreds of millions of youth to action paradigms the 4 education monopolies have blocked them from exploring- this is a maximum 2 year window of opportunity to seize now

 

anyhow monica just does it simpler than my words can ... any post 2015 millennium goal summit  which aims to help youth network good stuff instead of just fundraise would benefit from linking in youth with monica's reality model
