microeducate and microfranchise 3 billion jobs

Norman Macrae -The Economist pro-youth economist -bravo sir fazle abed & jack ma

back in 1978 there was no plan for hangzhou to be world #1 in sustainability tech

hangzhou was designated a model tourist town to earn some dollars and to keep tourists safe and happy

jack ma's school wasnt particular innovative with the exception of one geography teachers- this is an interesting subject you can goiand ask tourists about the wold outside and you will be doing a geography survey

thats how jack ma taught himself an thousands of peers englosh and being the towns youthful tourists guides

by 1994 his peer network were also known as good at translating so he was dispatched to seattle to help on something that needed translating- there he saw the worldwide web for the first tgime, and found his new passion in life - how cannwww create jobs and global friendships for my age group back in china

jack noticed that ecommerce in us served the same big organisatons that ordinary commerce did- he decided he would always design the www round solutions for small eneterprsiss

it took approximately 14 years for a perfect storm of events for chinese leadership to decide it wanted 3 big internet ecosystems- a very innovative move because previously media was reserved for the state

'why 14 years? becausechina didnt have web or mobiles in 1990s; once it decided to invest in mobile infrastructire it decided to get ready for smartphones; these because the purchase of the year in 2008

2008 was also the year that the west collapsed the financial system - so keeping small enterprises thriving  with their own fintech suddenly got bonus points with chinas peoples party- also chinese banks had never developed credit/debit cards the way the west did as a debtgtrap- so jack leapt to mobile cash -a standard he pioneereed across china

mobile cash is one of the 2 great fintech trevolutions - it serves almost the whole of china replacing money as the most commno way for financial transcations to be made; together with having the platforms for huge amounts of data on small enterprises jack ma can do a safe job choosing which smes to credit than any western bank can with any other client

in western style globalisation big data analysis investments are done for the big - the idea that the world's best big data tech wizards are serving small enterprises is becoming a challenge to the purpose of many of the west's biggest corporations and academic policy advisers- but it is also youth's main chance at being the sustainable generaation in both developing and developed countries- see also jack ma's 15 biullion dolars investment in damo academy aiming to make sure every new tech eg AI is validated for small enegterprises to win and youth livelihoods to be bountiful

back in 1978 you wouldnt hae thought that a bottom up ngo serving a rural area that had been decimated by a cyclone- a region where villagers had never seen electricity grids  or other modern connections would design the world's largest cashless bank but that is what brac did at start of 2010s - again its timing was critical= whilst mobile tech partnerships with bangladesh village poor started up around 1996 with friends of muhammad yunus, all the hi-trust lessons needed for those who had been too poor to be served by a bank to trust mobile points as their savings took brac and partners as long as jack ma- today the woprld largest cashless bank is the biggest in germs of accounts in bangladesh and people like bil; gates believe the model may eventuially serve a billion unbanked

if this is to be the case finding the right fintech model for india will be critical- india has a few specialities

-a universal id that has been digotally colected for a billion people

-modal mobile use currently uses jack ma's browser

it also was a big loser from false applications of microcredit (americans who founded tha annual microcreditsummit in 1997 used it to fundraise not to educate youth on different beween fame an real microcredit

now that may 2018 sees the first partensrhip between brac and jack ma, these will be exciting times to see if fintech that has reached 1.5 billion people in chjain and  bangaldesh can repliacre to all the poor in s asia - we're talking about a region that is over 40% of the workld's ;population and facing almost every sustainability develoment goal imaginable- so can every kind of big data small tech turn out top be waht yoyth need to be the sustainability generation

technically speaking jack ma is just starting lout in founding a global business school (which he expects to scale fast between now and sponsoring the olympics) while brac is nearly 20 years onto building one of the country's most prominent universities

Dad (Norman Macrae) created the genre Entrepreneurial Revolution  to debate how to make the net generation the most productive and collaborative . We had first participated in computer assisted learning experiments in 1972. Welcome to more than 40 years of linking pro-youth economics networks- debating can the internet be the smartest media our species has ever collaborated around?

1972: Norman Macrae starts up Entrepreneurial Revolution debates in The Economist. Will we the peoples be in time to change 20th C largest system designs and make 2010s worldwide youth's most productive time? or will we go global in a way that ends sustainability of ever more villages/communities?
